About CRCH

A word from the Owner

Scott West

"I started CRCH after returning to Mount Pleasant in 2009. After working on and off in Private Investigations and Serving Civil Court Process I saw a need for a Private Process Server in the Mid Michigan area. I hope I can use my 25 plus years of experience to help get your documents served fast and efficiently. CRCH Serves Process for Law Firms, Attorneys and Pro Se Clients.

We work with Attorneys, Law Firms and the General Public.

We Hope we can help you with your service needs

  • We understand that it can come down to the wire with serving papers. We want you to know that your documents are in good hands with CRCH Process Servers LLC.

  • We offer Same Day Service and we will make every possible effort to get your papers served that day.

  • We also offer Rush Service and we will make our first attempt within 24 hours and have your document(s) served within 72 hours.

  • With Routine Service we do our best to make our First Attempt within 72 hours and we'll complete Due Diligence in 7 to 10 days.

  • Since we are "Private Process Servers" we go beyond Due Diligence and will go to extremes if necessary to get your Documents Served. CRCH is short for "CAN'T RUN, CAN'T HIDE" because we do what others don't or won't do to get your papers Served. Granted some people believe if they don't answer their door and avoid service the matter will magically go away. Unfortunately for them that's just not the case. In our experiences, with enough time and dedication almost anyone can be Found and Served. In the few cases where personal service can't be made CRCH will help to make a case for Alternative Service by finding the recipient and proving they are avoiding us to avoid being served.

  • The Sheriff's Department and other Process Servers usually only go to the address that's on your Documents and they only make three Attempts. If the person you are trying to have Served isn't home or at the address you provided you get your Documents back and you are back at square one minus the Fee you paid. If after due diligence is made if we feel like there is a chance of personal service we will return more than the usual three times. We will go to several addresses, and find alternative addresses to get the job Done.
